Cynthia did a magnificent job of helping me update my home in Crestwood, Kentucky when I was trying to sell it. I consulted her for flooring, patio doors, bathroom tiling, appliances, paint colors, lighting, ceiling fans, granite countertops, cabinetry, and even door knobs and air vent covers! But most of all, she helped draw out the layout of the rooms that needed repurposing. For instance, there were two rooms adjacent to one another, where one was going to be a bedroom and the other a laundry room. Cynthia expertly drew out the floor plan for the contractor, giving him exactly what he needed to do the job. And the best part of all... my house finally sold!
