I replaced the previous fabric with a high quality gold velvet. Velvet can be challenging because of placement. Laying out the fabric so the sheen of the nap is in the desired direction is important. I had to match as closely as possible to the original fabric to keep the look in tact. I added two beautiful Harden chairs that follow the line of the sofa as well as bring the charcoal accent color that is in the rug.
